Machine performance Introduction

Washing and drying section

1. There are 7motors and 3 pairs brushes, one brush is controlled by a motor separately.
2. Washing section is made of thick stainless steel ,the base adopts double hollow design to avoid water retention and improve bearing life.
3. The bearing has a waterproof cover to prevent water and glass dust from entering the bearing.
4. The universal and Fan-shaped spray nozzle can clean the glass completely.
5. When the glass stays at the third section, the next glass will stop here, the blower will close to prevent water stains on the glass.
6. High power blower, strong and powerful. 
7. the wind box is equipped with sound-absorbing devices to reduce noise pollution.

Conveyor section and Aluminum spacer attaching section

1. The 3rd section is equipped with speed up sensor to improve production efficiency.
2. The 3rd section adopts air float or double beam transfer glass to avoid wheel marks.

3. This sensor can sense the height of glass in advance then this beam can move up and down.
4. This light can help you to check whether the glass is clean if the glass isn't clean you can open the back door and clean glass manually.
5. Hand-operated aluminum spacer positioning, easy to adjust accurate positioning.

Outside assemble section and Panel/board pressing and gas filling section

1. The outside assemble beam senses the glass height in advance ,saving time.
2. The outside assemble section is suitable for triple glazing.
3. The cylinder extrusion device prevents glass malposition.

4. This panel can open with large stroke for maintenance.
5.  the strong stiffener ensures that the pressure is even and stable to avoid unevenness on four sides and breaking the glass.
6. The Panel can detect the size of glass to determine the number of charge valve.
7. The gas concentration is 90%,far more than the international standard level.

The rear part of the machine

1. The water tank is equipped with wheels of different diameters front and back, which is convenient for water change and thorough removal of impurities.

2. The water tank with thick stainless steel drain pipe and automatic overflow function.

3. There is a slope on the connection between water tank motor and the equipment to prevent freezing in winter.

4. All chains are equipped with protective cover for safety and clean.

5. Electric control box adopts aviation plug, easy to install ,safe and efficiency, equipped with detection lights for easy maintenance.
