Product Description

01 section:

1. Automatic recognition LOW-E glass and coated glass, automatic warning if the glass is reversed.

02 section:

1. Each brush drived with one electric motor separately, high density brush,wash clean.
2. The bearings equipped with three seals including two oil seals and a waterproof so that can avoid water and dust into the bearings
3. Universal water spray nozzle, clean glass completely.
4. Special octopus air knife, blowing wind with three sections parallelly, ensure the effect of drying glass. There is a dam-board nearby the air knife, ensure the wind even and powerful. Equipped with stainless steel chain.
5. Mechanical identification glass thickness, keep the best distance between air knife and glass.  
6. Large fan power. Equipped with sound-absorbing cotton in the fan crate, reduce the noise pollution.
7. Tuyere close automatically when there is glass , avoid waterlogging.

Inspect and locating section

1.The smart house is designed with a rear detection light, which can effectively find the residual stains on the glass. The operator can go in from the rear door to clean the glass if needed, convenient and high efficiency.

Panel pressing and argon gas filling section

1.Panel pressure is adjusted automatically and accurately, driven by the lead screw, and the pressure of the plate is stable. It has the function of combining, pressing and inflating, which ensures the quality of the plate.
2.The panel pressing section can open with large stroke, convenient to maintenance. The stiffener distributed evenly, thick and dense, servo drive, the pressing pressure is even, stable and powerful, avoid horn mouth and breaking glass when pressing. The frame and most spare parts processed by our own mechanical center, cutting, grinding, milling, welding, polishing, shot blasting, all steel welded structure, vibrating treatment of ageing for removal of internal stress, with good rigidity and stability.
3.Servo control large and small glass system; Automatically detect the length, height and thickness of glass, and automatically adjust the best inflation space.
4. Automatically calculate the inflation volume, improve the gas utilization and production efficiency, and gas filling concentration is far higher than the international standard (90%).
