5. Adopt a double sealant barrel series sealant supply scheme,it doesn't need to be stopped to replace sealant.

6. The sealant barrel platen and sealant supply pump are equipped with a one-key automatic exhaust mechanism, which is easy to operate and saves time and effort.

7. The TPSS sealant spacer is full, with smooth transitions at the corners and a flat surface.

8. The key components of the equipment are refined from special materials and undergo strict heat treatment processes, ensuring stable and reliable operation with a long service life.

9. The sealant nozzle is made of high-performance materials and processed by a high-precision CNC machining center. It uses heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering, and is electroplated with wear-resistant coatings to ensure the working accuracy and service life of the nozzle.

10.The key racks, columns, etc. of the equipment have undergone strict thermal aging stress relief treatment, and have been precisely machined by CNC milling machines to ensure the stability, reliability, and no deformation of the equipment structure.
